Ford Mustang Mach-E

Introducing the All-Electric Ford Mustang Mach-E

For the first time ever in their 116-year history, Ford will be producing an all-electric vehicle. Spurred by popular demand, and a mission to improve vehicle range and reduce emissions, the Ford EV program was born. And for their first EV, what better model to use than the iconic Ford Mustang? This legendary model was first released in 1964, and quickly became one of the most popular cars in the world. 55 years later, Ford has created another groundbreaking vehicle, the all-electric Ford Mustang Mach-E. With a range of up to 300 miles*, and a starting price of just $44,495** the Ford Mustang Mach-E is set to be one of the best values when it comes to electric crossover SUVs.

Welcome to the Stable

Now although the crossover SUV design is a first for the Mustang, this new Mach-E model shares many iconic styling cues with its 2-door siblings. Immediately at the front you will notice the sharp, angular headlights, and the galloping Mustang, featured proudly where the front grill would be. Stepping to the side of the Mustang Mach-E you may also notice the cleverly-designed two-tone paint. The roof is finished in a gloss black, while the painted body line mimics the sweeping shape of the Mustang coupe. Finishing off at the rear is a pair of LED tail lamps, immediately recognizable for their three-block shape, a staple of Mustang design since 1964.

Ford Mustang Mach-E Trim Levels

The Future of Exhilaration

In addition to being Ford's first battery-powered vehicle, the Mach-E will also be the first-ever four-door Mustang. Designed as a crossover SUV, this new variant offers increased passenger space and cargo room, and also for the first time in a Mustang, all-wheel drive. Until now, all Ford Mustang cars were exclusively built with rear-wheel drive, which will still come standard in base models of the Mustang Mach-E. Higher trim levels, including the sporty Mustang Mach-E GT, will feature all-wheel drive as standard.

Mustang Mach-E Range

Enabling the performance of the Ford Mustang Mach-E is a powerful, waterproof, and compact lithium-ion battery pack. Mounted low under the cabin, the battery pack will not only power the vehicle, but will drastically improve handling by lowering the vehicle's center of gravity. Available in two different sizes, the standard range 75.7kWh pack, and a larger 98.8kWh pack, they will be able to reach distances of 230 and 300 miles, respectively***. When it comes time to recharge, owners can either do so at home, or through one of the FordPassâ„¢ Charging Network's more than 12,000 public charging stations across the country. Click here to view the current map of FordPassâ„¢ charging stations, many of which allow 150kW fast charging. With this 150kW system enabled, drivers can add an incredible 47 miles of range in just 10 minutes of charging.
