What Is the Ford Ranger Splash?

The Ford Ranger Splash is a Ford Ranger pick-up truck bedazzled with the iconic Splash appearance package released by Ford nearly three decades ago. After a long hiatus, Ford brought back the flashy paint and body style that make the Splash a recognizable classic.

The Ford Ranger Splash is available on the Ford Ranger XLT and Lariat trim levels with the four-door SuperCrew cab. Both models have standard rear-wheel drive (RWD). For those who want to make a flashy appearance off-road, four-wheel drive (4X4) is an available option.

The Splash will be available in two styles: the Splash Package and the Splash Limited Edition.

Retro and reimagined, the Splash Package will be available the entire 2022 model year and features a bright orange exterior paint with contrasting black accent graphics. You'll also see:
  • Orange grille nostrils
  • Gloss black grille, bumper, and fender vent accents
  • Rearview mirror caps and wheel lip moldings with gloss black accents
  • 18-inch 12-spoke matte black wheels

The eye-catching interior is uniquely designed with accent stitching that brings bright pops of orange to the steering wheel, gear shift, and parking brake boot. Driver and passenger seats are also adorned with the exclusive orange contrast stitching and further enhanced with unique carbon weave tuxedo stripes.
