2023 Ford Bronco Comparison Highlights
For the 2023 model year, Ford is dishing out tons of fanservice and nostalgia for prospective Bronco customers. The Heritage and Heritage Limited special edition variants, pay tribute to the original 1966 Bronco with classic design elements, exclusive graphics, and additional Bronco-inspired styling cues.
As part of the Heritage editions, a new palette of exterior paint colors has been added, like Robin's Egg Blue and Yellowstone Metallic, and transport you right back to the golden era of automobiles. These colors look great against the Oxford White roof, retro grille, and classically-styled wheels. The red "FORD" or "BRONCO" lettering in heritage font is a nice touch for the front fascia, and adds an extra dash of "built Ford tough" to the Bronco.
And while the Bronco's visuals are reminiscent of the past, its capabilities are absolutely rooted in the present with efficient engines, specially-tuned suspension, and lots of upgraded hardware to ensure it's 100% off-road ready. Four levels of the HOSS System (High-technology Off-road Stability Suspension) give the Bronco enhanced performance and responsiveness, and add exclusive components like twin forged alloy A-arms, position-sensitive damping, steel bash plates, and a 220mm solid rear axle. You can even disconnect the front stabilizer bar for increased articulation with the push of a button. This class-exclusive feature makes the Bronco's adaptability effortless, as the stabilizer bar also automatically reconnects once you reach a certain cruising speed.
The included G.O.A.T. modes (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) give you even more control and customization over the Bronco's on- and off-road dynamics. Depending on your activation of the up to ten modes, the vehicle automatically modifies performance from the engine, stability systems, drivetrain, and rear differential lock. Other features designed to enhance your trail riding experience include Trail Turn Assist, Ford Trail Control, and Trail 1-Pedal Drive.
For those wanting the ultimate Bronco experience, the 2023 Bronco Raptor pulls out all the stops with a 418-horsepower EcoBoost engine, HOSS 4.0 system with FOX semi-active dampers, and 37-inch all-terrain tires. This brute was built to take on anything, anytime, and includes exclusive styling elements so that everyone else around you ponied up.
Every 2023 Bronco model comes standard with Ford's Personal Safety System, and you can further enhance your peace of mind with available Ford Co-Pilot360 Technology which adds advanced driver-assistive features and awareness capabilities.
